The Yummiest and easiest asparagus EVER!

I've been craving asparagus like nobodies business this last week. Maybe its because the sun is out for the first time in-oh-10 months? Asparagus definitely makes me feel like summer is coming. Anyway, I've found that this is the fastest and yummiest recipe for me to whip up batches at a time.
Start with these simple ingredients:
Minced garlic, oil, butter, put a small amount of each in a pan over medium heat until butter is melted. Then add your asparagus (after cutting the bottoms off)
saute over medium heat about 5-8 minutes, depending on how crunchy you want them. Remove from heat and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese, course salt and pepper.

And that's it! Its SO good and EASY, you hear me Olivia everyone?? Now go make some! You'll love it! Oh, but your pee will smell, really bad....
